Our annual recruitment period runs from October through December, but applications are accepted year-round. Applications submitted outside the recruitment period will be held until the next recruitment cycle. If you’re interested in joining Amigo Search and Rescue Dogs, submit an application to begin the selection process. Canine Prospects
Prospective canine teams are welcome. All canine prospects must successfully complete an evaluation to determine suitability for search and rescue work. Evaluations consider temperament, drive, environmental stability, health and handlers capability.
